I have had three appointments here. Every time it is at least a 45 minute wait PAST the appointment time. Also, my surgery was changed from this location to another city 90 minutes away the day before the surgery. The surgeon is great but the office is run completely inefficiently.
My husband had separate surgeries on both eyes, with lens implants. The office procedures are tailored to each individual's need, and Dr. Kopstein's authenticity and time spent to explain the diagnosis and treatment options stand out, above the other offices we visited. My husband even hit his eye with a metal pole weeks after surgery, and we were able to get in easily and timely - and there was no change on the eye surgery. We both feel this experience and doctor changed his life for the better. If you are looking for someone to take care of YOU, this is the place - if there is any waiting, it comes with the tailored approach in my honest opinion. I do not write a lot of reviews, but when I saw \one\ star reviews, I had to write one.
I came in for a diabetic yearly eye exam and evidently he didn’t correctly do it so I’m stuck with a forty dollar co pay which if it was correctly done I wouldn’t be. To me it’s a sign of ineptness and won’t be returning
I had surgery on both my eyes and they now are my eye doctors as well as surgeons. The staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, very detail oriented making sure everything is taken care of. Kind, Compassionate and Personable. They help to put you at ease, giving you the understanding that they know what they are doing. It is very convenient and the parking is adequate.
