After reading the reviews, I almost cancelled my appt. I was very surprised the staff was friendly and I thought Midge was great. She had a great sense of humor and took her time with me.

CHI Franciscan ENT has a horrible office staff. I tried to schedule an appointment for a hearing test, but they said they needed a referral first. So I got the referral and waited about a week before calling them, thinking maybe someone would call me. When I did call them they said that they received the referral but the scheduler hadn't processed it yet and to call back in a few days if I haven't heard from them. So, I waited another week and called back and they told me that they never received the referral. After explaining to then that I did call in and confirmed they received the referral the gentleman on the phone said the scheduler had a mountain of referrals to go through and they were pretty sure they didn't have mine. So, either they lied the first time I called about receiving the referral or they lost it, or... the person doing the processing was too damn lazy to look to see if I was in their pile of unprocessed referrals.

I had no information after my exam doctor never called me back, than when I call they give me another appointment so the doctor can go over an explain the diagnostic just to tell me everything is normal but I still have to pay the office visit

If I could give half of a star I would. I had an appointment scheduled and they called and left a message an hour before the appointment to cancel because the doctor was \unexpectedly unable to come in to the clinic\. Called back to reschedule. After being on hold for 10 minites someone answered to take my name and date of birth, then put me on hold for another 5 minutes. Told me that the next available date for an appointment would be over 8 weeks out. I would have to wait over 8 weeks for an appointment due to their issue with no other alternative. Unprofessional and very unhelpful staff for a medical facility. Didn't schedule the appointment when I know there are plenty of other places that can schedule earlier than over 8 weeks out.
