If I could give 0 stars I would.... Hands down the worst experience i've had with geek squad EVER! The people working there are extremely rude and act as if they're better than you just because they know how to work on a piece of equipment you're not familiar with. STAY AWAY!

Eric and Journey were fantastic. Definitely knew what they were talking about and super helpful with trouble shooting our computer issue.
I paid 220 bucks to come home with the same problem..oh they covered their butts by including the phrase..its the best your computer can do..well before I didn't get photos not responding...so its not even as good as when I took it in there. They blaimed McAfee..so I got their Webroot...I'm so stupid for believing them.
Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly from intake to pick up after repair of my computer. Both folks I encountered were very patient with this”techno nerd”. It was a pleasure doing business with the . I will definitely recommend this Geek Squad and will use them again.
