The staff is great, what I don’t like is it takes over 5 calls to get someone on the phone! No one ever calls you back either. I’m here sitting in my car and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone to check me in. On top of that, I had to call them to schedule my first appointment, even though the lady said they would call me. One week went by and no one called me.

I want to say Lindsey made me feel comfortable and I am a person that has a big fear of needles. Want to let everyone know that this is the place to go.. I was suppose to have ultraman therapy done but because of some of the medication I take I could not do that I was kind of bummed but impressed that they are concerned about my health and safety. I don’t normally leave reviews of places, but this was a no brainer. Lorena and Michelle are the ladies that conducted my treatments and they are awesome! They were helpful and knowledgeable and really listen to my concerns and gave recommendations based on it. They are just amazing all around and I look forward to completing my treatments with them. I also love the results of the actual treatment as well and have seen such a difference. I highly recommend cool sculpting, this clinic, and most especially these ladies!
