Super quick new garage install in less than a week! John is very friendly and didn't try to upsell me when ordering. His software he uses updated me when he was en route to the house, sent me an appointment confirmation and immediately emailed my receipt once paid - very professional!! Highly recommend and will use again. 5 stars!

One of our garage door springs broke. Upon calling Independent Garage Door, they were able to come out right away. John was very professional and friendly. Both springs were replaced and a very good price. Thank You John
John was great, he came when he said he would and there was no pressure to buy. They installed it faster than expected. It was a great purchase. I was not really excited about spending the money, but now that it is installed along with new opener i am glad I pulled the trigger. He showed us all of the options, we chose a door with the windows. So glad we did. It let's in more light than I expected. My only critique is i would have liked a call the day before just to confirm that they would be there.
I highly recommend Independent Garage Doors! John was so responsive and gave a very reasonable bid. His work was top notch and we are in love with our new garage doors! John was overly accommodating and just an awesome guy to work with! We will use him again!
The owner of Independent Garage Doors (IGD), John, was the only professional individual that was capable of answering all of my technical questions regarding my garage door spring repair, my garage door itself and also insulating my garage door. John never once belittled my questions and ensure all of them were answered thoroughly. John took my call at 5pm and was at my house in under 18 hours to complete the repair work order and insulation install. Turn around time could not have been faster and convenient as it was.
