They used to do great work. Now they have 2 of our motors and haven't returned our calls for over a month. They promised one of them would be done middle of May and is still not done as of 7/10/20 and will not answer either phone or return any calls or texts. Very upset to say the least.

We have had a substantial amount of work done with this business, with John. In recent months several errors occurred during machining with standard processes: Damaged components, erroneous install of inserts, and machine slips damaging engines beyond repair. No effort was made from the business to rectify these errors. In short John provides good machining, but no follow-through in hard situations. More of a person than a business, like taking work to friends. A real machinist puts his reputation first, he focuses on his business and takes care of his customers. Without a reputation what is a machinist?
