Very rude staff, I have called every week to see what number am I. And the last time I called, this person named Jody was so rude telling me I don't have to call everyday etc. Be nice if they had better people that can help. This isn't the first time she's been rude to me, I rather work somewhere else. She seems prejudice
I work for them, I appreciate the work, the benefits and brotherhood.
Been with them for 10 yrs. Sorry some have had bad experiences. I know the Kingston training site has zero tolerance because of a death a long time ago from alcohol poisoning. You get caught and you get kicked out. And if you are an apprentice you loose your apprenticeship. I know I make a lot more than none union flagged or tcs's. The union protects your wages and benefits.
