Paid for 3 floats at once. Tried to schedule one the next day. Tried to call for two weeks. Left many voicemails. They took my money and must have known they were closing. I want my money back, this is a terrible way to do business and the person who upsold me the 3 float package must have known they were closing if it happened the next day. Go float somewhere else that actually has morals and won’t take your money when they know they’re closing.

i feel bad leaving such a low review, but my experience personally was not the best. the staff were very kind and knowledgeable with all the questions i had, however my huge turn off to ever coming back, was the lack of cleanliness. my tank that i floated in was disgusting. there was a ton of green grime at the bottom, and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a hot minute. i have a picture but i’m not sure it will let me attach it. disappointed ):
What a great experience! Definitely will be coming back. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calming. The price is fair. I encourage you to check them out!
I am giving NW float center 1 star. I bought my wife 2 floats for her birthday. Everything from buying the floats to scheduling the floats has been very easy. Due to curiosity about COVID restrictions and to ensure that her floats are still scheduled I have attempted to call them 15x over a 3 day period. There are 2 different numbers to call depending on if you call the number on their website or the number on the confirmation email. No one answers either number and there is no option to leave a voicemail. I have not yet received a call back. I emailed them today and hope to get a call back. So far pretty disappointed and worried my wife is going to show up to a cancelled appointment, then I’m in real trouble.

First and foremost, as someone who suffers from anxiety I was nervous for my first float experience. My expectations were far beyond met, the staff was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. They were kind and communicated the entire process to me. The store front, the lobby, and the float room were sparkling clean and provided a relaxing and pleasant space for me to calm myself. I was able to release all my tension and revitalize my body, after my float was finished, I was not rushed out and was able to take my time to ready myself post-float. When I entered the lobby space and was asked about my experience, I felt heard and appreciated. I know they hear about others experiences all day long but they made me feel like they genuinely cared about what I had to say. This place is well managed and everyone is happy to be there. 10/10 would recommend!!!
I had an amazing first experience at the Northwest Float Center. They were very accommodating and gave excellent customer service! The room was so cozy and sparkling clean. My first float was wonderful! It really helped loosen up some of the tension I carry in my back. Will definitely be returning soon!
I’m so glad I experienced my first float here! I struggle with anxiety, so I wasn’t sure how I’d like sensory deprivation, but the staff was super understanding and supportive. They gave me helpful tips to ease into it and I felt like they genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. The shop was clean and inviting, and my room was also super clean, quiet, and relaxing. Definitely worth the investment and I would highly recommend this shop for anyone’s self-care routine.
