Why take in 30.00 fee when they KNOW no ones letting anyone move in due to Corona? I felt really ripped off.

This was a horrible experience. The first place I looked at the guy wouldn't let me get mail there so I couldn't establishish residency. He was creepy anyway. I moved into a place that seemed okey but the home owner ended up in the hospital during to drug abuse. That's when the other tenants starting stealing from me. I moved out of there. I was paying 500. Then they showed me a single wide trailer in a scary trailer park. I was a old lady who had that trailer pack full. So much so I wouldn't be able to keep anything of mine in the bathroom. That lady was in very poor health. Not sure how much help I was expected to give there. How much was that lady paying in space rent? I was being asked to pay 450. Where you trying to get me to pay half the space rent, because that trailer was WORTHLESS T

I have had more friendship and connection with this non profit that I appreciated than any other housing place. I am so grateful that I had this non profit on my side. Thanks very much for your help and I hope you know you are making a difference.
