Reached out and bought my car sight unseen. This is a great group of people starting with Marshall at the top. He answered every question I had and made the transaction very easy and comfortable. Ed in Finance walked me through the paperwork and wanted to make sure I understand all of the financing as well as the warranty work. Paul worked through all of the questions I had on the car and made sure I was comfortable with all of the controls before I left the Dealership. Jerry picked me up at the airport and was very professional and we talked the whole 30 minute drive to the dealership. He was a hoot to hang out with. I felt very comfortable and safe at this Dealership during this Pandemic and I would stop by this place anytime. I also saw some test drives going on as well and everyone was very professional and wearing masks. Thanks South Tacoma for the deal and great and easy process of buying a vehicle. The wife loves her 2021 CX-5 Carbon AWD Turbo!
It wasn’t the car or the salesman that I had a problem with, it’s Ed Moseby. He was trying to sell me extra stuff on top and add it to my monthly payment after I said no he gave me a rude stare and then his whole happy attitude just went away. So basically if you’re not handing cash over like a dummy you aren’t there type.
Emmanuel helped me out not once but twice! I originally went in and he was quick to help me out but I decided to come back a different with my mom. He was quick to help us once again! Looked up cars, pulled up the cars for us. He was super nice, friendly and super helpful ! I will definitely be back and recommending people to South Tacoma Mazda and Emmanuel.
Very nice and courteous staff. No last minute surprises, got exactly the deal that we settled on email. Got an amazing vehicle and the staff were very diligent in following up post sales. Overall an amazing experience to get my first vehicle in the US.
