I have been training at T-Town MMA Checkmat since 2011. Great instructors who really know what they are teaching. Great classes for people of all fitness levels and goals. This school has wonderful connections within the community. Everyone here will make you feel like family while teaching you amazing martial arts skills that can be used at the highest level of competition. They also have an excellent kids program. Just drop by and try it out!!!

Excellent room for real people, whether you are seeking advanced competition training, fitness/ self defense, or the camaraderie that inevitably forms with training together, T-Town MMA is your place. The gym and leadership are exceptionally well established and respected in the community. The teaching is presented by a variety of black belts, so there is certainly a style that will work for anyone offered. It can be intimidating to step into an MMA gym, but T-Town MMA is incredibly welcoming and inclusive while still offering high-level instruction.
