I dropped my travel trailer for lifetime warranty inspection. Before drop the trailer i was cleaned my trailer. After service is done and when i pickup my trailer I noticed there has lots of sawdust inside of my trailer floor. I was very curious where that sawdust came from. The advisor told me it might inspector walk in with their shoes and might that came from the shoes. First of all, i surprised they not using shoes toe cover something when they working inside customers RV. And realized when they make some mass customers RV not clean up after service is done. Its all for the customers works. Even we went changing engine oil at the shop they using paper sheet to cover customers mat. As described on here as if Tacoma RV dealer is #1 seller in WA states, please spend more time to think about ‘After service’. If someone asking to purchasing RV, Tacoma RV will not my first recommendation anymore.

Tacoma RV has NO customer support. Paid in full for our RV, they dropped it off and that was it for them. We moved the RV 3 days after they dropped it off, our hydraulic motor burned (actually was smoking) and we couldn't get a repairman out to us. We were told that if we pulled it back in they would be happy to take a look at it. We had to pay someone to push it back 10 feet, we had no way to bring it to them and they WOULD NOT make a house call. It seems to me that once they get your money they could care less for you. Not only will Tacoma RV will NOT see anymore business from me, I am also going to make it a point to tell ALL my RV friends NOT to go to them. . .
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Fife RV, in sales, finance, and service. The staff in all areas was helpful, honest, and polite. Josh, in sales, spent a long time with us and since he has kids, and an MPG trailer, he had valuable insight. Keith was our finance guy. He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to push extraneous options. Trent and Joe were the ones who predominantly helped us on trailer pick-up day. Trent did our walk-through and Joe helped us determine what else we needed to purchase from the service center store. There was an issue when we came to pick up our trailer (2500BH MPG), but it wasn’t their fault. There was a faulty piece of equipment that had been working when they checked it earlier in the week. They communicated with us about the problem, and checked in with us continuously while we were waiting. It was fine. We grabbed lunch and Starbucks and came back. They gave us a gift card for their service store and apologized profusely for the amount of time it took. We recommend this place with no reservations!
Bought a 2020 Keystone Bought a extra warranty and still have to pay out of pocket often as the things that go wrong are not covered (ie; trim). Service seems to not get the repairs done right a lot of the times. The charge for looking up a part? 95.00 thought that was extensive . Sales and finance was a breeze and that was actually a good experience .
Found the perfect trailer! Unfortunately it was at Tacoma RV. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again, or ever take my trailer in for service with them. The most disorganized, unprofessional, dishonest and disrespectful group of people I have ever done business with. Once you get past the sales rep trying to sell you the trailer, every single employee will treat you like garbage. Everyone had the biggest attitude, they thought they lost my trailer at one point, and if you try to call for help you will just get transferred to multiple departments until you give up. Worst experience I've ever had buying anything from start to finish. Again, I will never recommend this place to anyone or ever go back again.
