I have never been to this store in person. Today, we visited their website for the first time, found an incredible selection of common and unique games, toys, and puzzles, and placed an order to kick off our holiday shopping. The order was delivered to our door before 7 o'clock tonight, at no extra charge. I could not be happier with this hassle free experience, and we're already planning a second order for more gifts. Today I went to pick up a game that I ordered and purchased online. Unfortunately, when I arrived I found out that the game was out of stock as they had not yet had time to process my order. Although I was disappointed at not fulfilling my mission of getting the specific game for my daughter, the staff was very helpful in calling another local toy store to find the game. I really appreciated their outstanding customer service and look forward to returning to their store.

This is a small store that is packed floor to ceiling with so much variety! It's almost like the internet but in physical form. They are taking good coronavirus precautions as far as I can tell - workers wear masks and they offer curbside pickup as well as local delivery. I ordered some toys online and they were delivered the next day - beats Amazon! They are also helpful over the phone if you are looking for something specific. Prices are good/consistent with other retailers, and you can feel good about investing in your community instead of making a billionaire richer. Please support this local shop it is such a gem!
