Consistently excellent service from store manager, Mira, and quality products. We just bought an inflatable dinghy at this location (Fife/Tacoma). Using the online WM app, I couldn't find one in stock at a local store. I called Mira and she had it in her store, ready for pick up, the next day! Now we have a little roll-up dinghy that will fit on the foredeck of our new-to-us little boat.

Over the years I have had mixed feelings feelings about West Marine but recently they've made changes in the positive direction. Their stocking has improved with a greater density of items in the store. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but they are a marine specialty store. If you really need a select widget for your boat (or RV) there's good chance they may have it. This review applies to their Tacoma, WA location.
