This place is absolutely disgusting!!! The office space is small, dirty, and completely disorganized! I hated every minute I was in there taking my test. It feels super stuffy and quite frankly it felt like it wasn't even legit but it was. I think they really need to renovate that whole space.

I am very surprised by all of the bad reviews about this place. I have taken 4 Cisco tests and 3 CompTIA tests here over the past 6 months and I have not had a single issue. I've experienced great customer service each time as well. They are always friendly to test takers and really seem to care about everyone coming through. I would highly recommend this testing location for any proctored tests you need to take.

Terrible service. My computer stopped working two times and had to reschedule. Still trying to get my money back for these tests. Would better recommend Dallas TEST CENTER USA.

Employee was friendly and helpful. Testing room was so freaking warm. Computer gave out in the middle of my test. Don't recommend this place.
