Aunt Annie's is a great place to get a pretzel! Not sure why people are trying to hate on a great pretzel in the middle of the mall that smells amazing and is delicious for all. I mean seriously who negatively rates a pretzel? Enjoy this nice treat in the middle of your shopping!

I ordered 5 pretzels, and 4dippimg sauce. When bite squad showed up there was only 1 pretzel in the bag and 1dipping sauce. Tried to call Auntie Anne's several of times an they would not pick up the phone. 30 plus gone down the drain....... I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGGGGAIN!!!!

The pretzels are good. The fact that the don't make tea on weekdays is dumb. It may have gotten more stars if the staff was polite.

They never ever have anything ready, the girl working at the register was rude and mumbled everything and wouldn’t break a 20, took 10 minutes to get my mf pretzels and they forgot my drink and I had to wait all the way back in line to ask for my drink. Ridiculous
