I wouldn't recommend this place at all 317 Mabry St. aka Mystic Woods is horrible. The office personnel is nice, but that is it. The clubhouse is hot and muggy with broken gym equipment. The location with it being right by the homeless shelter makes it a breeding ground for transients, who may sometimes come and knock on your door asking for money or you'll see them rummaging through the trash. DO NOT DO IT.

DO NOT RENT!!! DO NOT RENT!!!! The landlord is a nuisance. The neighborhood watch spy on people. They don't like kids, they enter your apartment unannounced. The do random inspections that are not part of the lease and they down right LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! DO NOT RENT!!! DO NOT RENT!!!!
