I came to the store at 11:58pm and Brittany was totally being rude for no reason. She was trying to talk to me like a lil boy for no apparent reason. Then called the police on me for no reason. This is how you guys treat customers.

Such a painless experience, as a woman, i felt totally comfortable & blown away by their selection of toys. The men working there were both professional & informative, and i wish i could afford to buy more fun things!

Clean, carpeted stairs as I went in, the man who ID’d and assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable, the store has a large variety of items, especially for its size, and as a lesbian who usually struggles to find “my section” in most adult stores I was very pleased with how much variety I actually had to choose from. The store is well lit, unlike the more dated reviews claim. Everything I looked at seemed reasonably priced.

Buyer beware... I bought something there and tried to return it, as it was not the correct one I wanted, and they would not even exchange it... I brought it back within 24 hours !! and it was in a completely sealed packaging that had never been opened. And I had the receipt. So buyer beware, what ever you buy there you can't ever return or exchange even within 24 hours and even with a receipt and even if it is completely and unquestionably unopened. Way better off just buying from the internet.
