very reliable airline. I fly to brazil every 2 or 3 month, I only go by tam becouse they are less expenseve and their flight are 95% ontime and their service is the best, The other review you see here is strange becouse tam is not located in madri so i think the fellow PROSPER had a bad experinence with a travel agency and not with tam airline...
