After tax law changed, she still charging the same or more. Making people wait in the lobby, making people believe she's so busy - this is just a tactic so clients don't see that the taxes don't take that long to prepare anymore. Next year, she will have 4 less clients due to her scheme. Whoever keeps going to her is crazy to pay the same ! Scam. Will never go back to this lady.
