The manager's office never answer the phone.

Twice I have being assaulted. First time they broke my window and 5 other cars. Second time they took my 4 wheels everything. And this is something happening every night to other cars too. Police are telling me this is a bad neighborhood and we should move out. The Condominium don’t care at all there is no security going around. If they do this to our car and no one says or do anything they can easily break into our house also. When is this going to stop? Until one of us gets kill?
This association is one heck of a big joke ! Board members need to be aware of what kind of management company they have working for them. I can never get valid answers no solutions what so ever! I am a homeowner paying very high association and can’t be treated fairly they have no respect very unprofessional. I have been explaining myself over and over about numerous things going wrong and they don’t solve anything. I asked for contact information so I can reach the president of board (their boss) and of course I can’t.
Bad management, in a little over 1 year they have changed 3 maintenance companies. The second company did not have owner’s correct addresses to send out mails. In my case they sent registered mails to 3 addresses in 3 zip codes. If they sent out payment coupons I didn’t receive any. Then I got a letter from a debt collector stating I owed monies which is true because I didn’t realize they were not getting their fees. I went to my bank sent out a check and set up auto pay then got another letter from the debt collector stating I had 30 days to pay in full or make a payment plan with an additional cost. I wrote a check to pay in full and didn’t hear back from them so I contacted the office and was advised to contact my back and find out if the check was cashed. PS they have a mailbox for the mail and not a physical office. I proceeded to do a cancelled check with fee and write another check which they cashed but stated they didn’t get the payment on time. All. This was done within the 30 days. Board members stated at a meeting that they were not aware of the case and I should ask the debt collector office to contact them and cc the management office. The Attorney’s office sent me an email which seems like a threat stating my property is in collection and I need to pay the fees. It’s not wonder the association is losing money as residents are not taken care of, the landscaping is good, no parking for a second vehicle and guess gets towed of parked in the guess park. I do not recommend anyone to move in here. Some residents are friendly but don’t expect anything from the board members.
Do not move here. Awful community. Yes. They have great up keep. But they do not care for their residents. If you have more than one vehicle. You have to park in guest parking. And if you park in certain guest parking spots, you get towed. I called the property management. And asked, “where do I park then? If there are no guest parking near my house?” She told me, “Somewhere else. I don’t know what to tell you.” So I have to park sometimes a couple miles away and walk to my car because there aren’t enough spaces for the residents. Don’t move here. They do Not care about the residents.
Good clean community I it very peaceful and safe
A little dates but the residents are nice and it's very quite.
