This facility DOES NOT have a protocol set in place to call the police if their patient doesn't show up to their dialysis treatment like most other dialysis facilities do. So when your elderly mother or father who lives alone doesn't show up to dialysis the most they'll do is call a relative. In our case the number they supposedly called was an old disconnected number. Did they bother to call the police? Nope. He was found on the floor of his apt barely alive. He didn't make it. So DO NOT allow your loved ones to come get treatment at a place where your loved one is only a number. A dollar sign in their seat. You failed my family. You failed \health care\ all together. I will never know how you all sleep at night. And my heart goes out to anyone else who has suffered a loss at the cost of this facilities negligence.
