I've been with Tamburrino Properties for a few years with my investment properties, he collected rent but never paid our taxes which was suppose to be deducted from the rent, we wanted to file a lawsuit but they went bankrupt!! Do your self a favor and stay away!!

March of 2020 I accompanied a friend of mine on SSD receiving 900 per month, less then 100/month in SNAP benefits and health care through Medicad. He applied for Section 8 and was able to receive 550/month towards rent, the remaining rent would need to be paid out of pocket. Finding a decent place to live was difficult due to limited budget. We viewed several "dumps", it was disappointing to say the least... That's where my experience with Tamburrino Properties began... We called them and received a list of properties within the price range alotted which we could drive by and view the outside of the house, if we liked it enough to get an inside peek then usually a quick phone call would produce a staff member within a reasonable time frame. Long story short we found what I like to call the "diamond in the rough" it was a beautiful upstairs apartment, clean and had character. The neighborhood was not known to be bad or good, just ok as long as you kept your head about you. My friend and I worked with Becky and she was on point! Everything that required additional paperwork for Section 8, phone calls, faxing, emails, etc were handled immediately and all the details were throughly explained. If Becky wasn't going to be in the office when we had a sheduled appointment to process payments or paperwork she was kind enough to give advance notice with the name of her replacement. Becky would apprise them of what was to be processed and accomplished. I really can only speak highly of Tamburrino Property with regards to Becky since she was the one who handled about 90% of the services for my friend. In conclusion the customer service was top rate from the beginning at to end.
I have been renting from them since 2016 and still currently renting from them they have always been good to me when I call them to fix something they do it right away only problem I have is when someone broke a window when I first moved here they try to charge me even though I had a police report Frank said he will remove it once I pay for this stool we shall see when and I had no knowledge of who broke the window and their late fees is outrageous 50.00 too much for low income ppl other then that they have been good to me
The parties that represent this business are non compliant with all standards of integrity when it comes to servicing their tenants. You will be very disappointed. Poor performance and ability to provide quality customer service.
If you want a good caring and responsible management company rather to take care your property or screen a good candidate for renting this is the place and they care more for your need than there pocket
These people are beyond disrespectful, lazy, and ridiculously rude. I left the apartment I was in SPOTLESS! The manager himself stated he saw the apartment with his own two eyes and agreed yet and still they did not give me my security deposit back saying the actual owner of the property told them to keep it. The apartment itself was nice but due to the uncontrollably rodent issue I had no choice but to get me and my family out of there. I even offered to pay for Orkin to come out and they refused to allow me to do so. I literally would not send my worse enemy here for an apartment! Do not rent from these people as you will probably end up in an assjacked up situation!
Tamburino property are dishonest and disloyal to there tenants !!!! They are liars !!!! My mom lived in one of there houses 5 years with my two disabled siblings ...FRANK and KELLY refused to fix anything....FRANK sent people to threaten my mom ...FRANK took money from my mom every month that was paid on time !!!FRANK Kicked her out in winter because she refused to pay her rent because they would not take care of the rodent problem in her house or fix broken steps that we all fell down ...FRANK wouldn't even do minor repairs!!! FRANK refused to give her security deposit back even though we left the house clean and empty when she was forced to move for no apparent reason !!Renting from TAMBURINO PROPERTY is a huge mistake !!! They do not care about there tenants!!! And are lower than scum on the bottom of my shoe !!! You will be used and abused renting from them !!! I REPEAT do not rent from tamburino property!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
