The best uniform company I have ever used. Sales reps are great, they explain in detail what we as customers should expect, great pricing and great service. I would recommend Aramark to all friends and family.

This is the worst company. Ever since the Company my husband works for have started using Aramark Uniform Service, the shirts NEVER come back as they should. There are always missing buttons, tears or even half sleeves removed. My husband is a welder and needs long sleeves! He always puts a repair tag on them, and most times the shirt is returned with parts of the tag remaining. I spoke with a Manager months ago and he assured me, he would personally take care of things. However, it’s only worsen. Don’t waste your money with this company, your employees deserve better!
Horrible company, from the regional manager's down to the driver's, will lie right to your face and not even blink. Wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE. Wrong sizes no shop rags no paper towels not one good thing I can say other than we have 22 store's and we are dumping them, sad excuse for a company. even cussed at one of our female store managers
This company is terrible. Bad product, bad service and they rip people off. We will be done with our 5 year contract in September, you need to be sure you mail the cancellation in advance return receipt , because the contract states if you do not it will automatically renew for another 5 years. They keep increasing their pricing with no notice. They charged us for clothing they lost. I can not begin to express how terrible this company is. DO NOT USE THEM!
They lie! Paul the sales rep, notified that there is no contract. You can cancel at any time. That wasn't true. I would not even give them one star. When you try and dispute anything they deny deny deny. I have been told Im not the first customer who has complained about this or that sales rep. Apparently, he wasn't even supposed to walk in to our establishment. He even lied to his managers as to why he did stating that we were family from an ex employee. That wasn't true. Everything from the word go was a lie and they treat there customers with no respect. I would strongly recommend to use another more reputable company. I should've done more research about their service because they have had numerous complaints over the same thing Im stating. Buyer beware!
