I have been coming to this location for several weeks now between exams and bloodwork and follow ups. My experience has always been fantastic. Starting with the front , then the nurse that is very friendly without lacking professionalism, following Dr. Parsamehr who is extremely sweet and caring, but also a great doctor that helps you with ALL your medical problems. And last but not least, the receptionist at the end of the hall who is able and willing to accommodate their schedule to meet your needs. The facility is clean and looks nice.

I have been here twice with my kids after 5 and the service has been amazing both times. The entire staff from the reception desk to the back office was amazing. Everyone was smiling and friendly. It definitely makes a difference when you walk in with sick kids.

All the doctors and staff are great. They treat you like family. They genuinely care and are wonderful at their jobs. I have been bringing my children here for over 20 yrs. They love Dr. Myrna Boneta. Thank you for all you do.

I love our regular Bay Care pediatrician, but this urgent care is a joke. My son was there wincing and moaning in pain in the waiting room and we were told it was a two and a half hour wait. Meanwhile, the few other families waiting to be seen before us were obviously not sick. Definitely don’t come here for the animal bites or other urgent matters listed on the urgent care’s brochure. You’ll bleed to death while other kids get their sports physicals.

Great service on phone. Able to get same day appointment to then just sit in waiting room for hours obviously waiting for someone to cancel. Don't give me an appointment time and then not honor it. Tell me I am an add on or that I will be waiting, don't avoid communications or eye contact when you take everyone ahead of me and my hurt son. Not sure I will return.
