Excellent service and affordable pricing. The front office staff was very competent and professional. They handled my paperwork and my questions well. Tyson brought me back for my MRI. Explained the process and set a level of expectation that made me feel comfortable. Given my condition, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was at ease, comfortable and informed. Overall, a very well trained staff. Highly recommend without reservation.

They wouldn’t release my records to me. I get MRI once a year of my brain and I was sent here by my neurologist never went before and they advised me they don’t have to give them to me and I would have to contact the doctor. The manager actually hung up on me. They repeatedly told me I do not have rights to my record and the doctor would have to review them first. She said they are not my records and that I have no rights to them. This is definitely something they should tell patients before they get a procedure there. Every time I have ever gotten my MRI I have been able to pick it up the day after by going to pick it up. The only positive was the gentlemen who did my actual MRI, made me feel very comfortable and was very kind. Other than that, I will not use this facility again.

Clearview Imaging for my MRI was amazing! From the Joanna who answered the phone being so kind and courteous, to Tyson the tech taking his time and explaining everything I needed to know. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as long as I live in Tampa. Great staff! Great experience! Thank you, WP!

I enjoyed my MRI as much as one can. The staff is very pleasant to work with. The MRI room was a cool Temperature with my choice of music on the head phones. They gave me glasses with mirrors so I could see out so I didn’t feel too closed in. I was given my own changing room with a key to keep my personal belongings secure. The entire office and restroom were very clean. Thank you for my experience. If I need another MRI I will definitely be back.
