If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had an appointment scheduled for over two weeks to repair my mailbox, and no one has shown up. Nor have they reached out to reschedule or communicate what’s going on. And they had the audacity to make us pay upfront and this is the way you treat paying customers.
What a joy working with Creative Mailbox Designs! From start to finish this has been a flawless experience. This was an installation at a new office building and the team at CMD helped us select the right mailbox for our needs, coordinated with the Post Master and even jumped through some last minute hoops.
