Dark Door Spirits is a new craft distillery based in Tampa Florida. We are developing premium spirits with unique flavor profiles. Our first two products are an IPA Whiskey and a Lavender Gin. The whiskey is distilled from actual IPA beer sourced from a craft brewer in town. If you like IPA, you will love this whiskey. We soak our gin with a bag of botanicals for 2 weeks creating a unique color and delicious flavor profile.

Christina was a great tour guide and the tour sizes are small and intimate. I showed up for a cocktail and ended up doing the tour. The vodka was surprisingly smooth and the gin variety was unique. Lavender gin would makes for a great cocktail. While I didn’t love the bourbon which is only a few years of aging in hot temps, the staff were super nice and helpful. We got one one one time with the master distillers and got advice on other good breweries in the area. Would recommended if you need something to close to the airport. Gift star experience.

I'm already planning my next trip to this unique and fun open-air warehouse distillery experience conveniently located near Tampa airport. There is something for everyone, and these spirits are so tasty that you will even appreciate them straight! The lavender gin is seriously swoon-worthy, and the vodka is smooth and delicious, plus they're blending some serious barrel-strength whiskey that even bourbon snobs will appreciate. The staff are so friendly and informative and a true pleasure to work with, but my favorite part of Dark Door Spirits is their unique events, with an opportunity to experience something new with each visit. Their cocktail classes are incredible, with tutorials for making craft cocktails, full-sized pours to enjoy, plus the cutest and yummiest grazing box that totally stole my heart! I recently attended their gin blending class where we were able to create our own custom gin blend using infused botanicals and fruits and herbs, and it was hands-down one of my favorite things I've ever done! And all my friends raved about how delicious the gin is upon sharing! They also offer whiskey blending classes, art exhibitions, music events, and more (check out their social media, which always inspires!) If you're looking for a fun and unique experience look no further than Dark Door Spirits. I can't wait to return in a few weeks!

Greatest experience EVER! We are from out of town and we visited here because of a recommendation we received from the hotel staff where we were staying. The staff is beyond amazing! The alcohol was to die for. Anytime we are in Tampa we will definitely make sure this is one of our stops!!

Not only was everything we tried extremely good, the tour and the staff there were so fun and creative. It was the best tour we’ve all been on by far! This place was awesome! I signed up with a tour through groupon and got to taste all of their spirits, which were top notch. The place is tucked in to this industrial looking warehouse plaza, but the gift shop is very warm and inviting. They have cocktail classes, tastings, cocktails on tap, and a ton of different selections of spirits. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I signed up for their VIP program which allows me to come bring friends for tastings whenever I want and comes with a session where I can create my own unique bottle of either blended or single barrel spirits from their barrels being aged. Very excited for that.
