I was pulled over today by Officer Manganero coming South bound from Tampa on I-275 right after the Howard-Franklin Bridge. It was as pleasant of an exchange as a traffic stop could possibly be. Thank you very much for your protection, service and professionalism. I hope that you, and the entire FHP, have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving. Especially those who will be serving to keep us safe and not able to be with their families.

They are serving to protect us,they are humans and there may be one or two rotten apples, but every time I got a citation I was at fault. So I can't be upset at them for me been in responsible, thanks for your service God bless

I know it’s probably a matter of manning and the crazy tampa drivers, but we’re still waiting (over 2 hours and counting) for an officer to take our report on a hit and run accident on an on ramp. We can’t wait that much longer it’s getting crazy, but if we do leave then they “can’t file the report” and the repairs all fall on us. Edit: now 2 and half hours waiting

I only put one star so I could write a review. I had the worst experience with a FHP office person yesterday, Monday, April 29th. I called around 11:30 a.m. and the 'lady' who answered was rude, impatient, unhelpful, constantly deep-sighed when i was trying to answer her question, all the while she was sighing, she kept saying 'oh lord' like i was a complete idiot calling her for advice with questions! She raised her voice and said "I'm trying to ask you a question!" I responded with "And I'm trying to answer it!" But she didn't even want to hear my questions instead, talked over me with what she THOUGHT I was asking. I have never received such low level of customer service and I'm pretty sure the FHP would not want to be represented this way. She should not be answering calls or be the 'first face' for the FHP, let alone picking up a paycheck for being so rude and awful. Keep your bad attitude at the door lady or get another job. You are the worst!

Saturday July 16th, 2016 I was on the side of I 275 with a flat tire on our jet ski trailer, a Trooper De Jesus pulled up and was there to help me until my husband came back with the tire. She went above and beyond what was her job, and I appreciate her help and I will NEVER forget her kindness!! Thank you again Trooper De Jesus, you are my hero!! Julie :o)
