Showed up for about 45 minutes. Said he would have my motor running in no time. All he did was spray some break cleaner in my carb and said I needed new spark plugs. He "ordered them" and said he would be back. He ran off with the money and is now dodging all my calls and messages. He tood 250 dollars from me. He also looks like a junkie

Rude and basically wants a paycheck, customer service sucks and all he cares about is money

Great service, very knowledgeable. Tuned up my mercury outboard nicely and kept it running all summer. Highly recommend this service

He came out twice, the first time cleaned out the carburetor piece by piece, and pointed out issues I wasn’t aware. Pumped out the old fuel/oil, the boat has never run better. The second time, he connected my Bluetooth speakers, and rewired the connection the system. Very pleased with the service, and very fair with the price. I’ve recommended this company to a few people, and I will continue to use their services.

My Evinrude ran so good after they worked on it. I’ll use them again.

Paid 350 to Jake Klages of Florida Marine Mechanics for a survey on a 22' Sea Ray deck boat. Received no written report (except an estimate of repair charges ) with the survey findings. Was told I needed to pay another 170 for anything in writing. Was told it would take 2 hours to do the survey and I specifically asked for a compression test due to the high hours on the engine. He was only there for 1 hour. When asked about the compression test, he told me he turned the engine by hand and that it was "bad". In the end he said that the boat was "not safe for me and my family" but yet he had the audacity to take his wife, infant child, and dog on the sea trial (see the photo that he sent me below)! Beware of this scammer!
