I'm pleased to say that I've been purchasing products from GEM Supply for more than ten years. I recognize that it's very important to have a good working relationship with the vendors we use and as the Director of Housekeeping at an independent living facility I have found GEM representatives to be reliable and extremely knowledgeable about the products they provide. They always offer suggestions regarding specific issues and on those occasions when I have had to have an emergency delivery there has never been a problem.
