I have been here a few times and haven't had any problems, that all ended tonight. While my bowl looked delicious. I was puzzled when I saw, we will call them person A. Person A, juiced all fruits a 70% juice 30% foam mixture. I would have been happy with that. But then person A, tossed it into a blender and add two huge scoops of ice and blend the juice and foam for 2 min. Resulting in the picture on the left, a cup of 60% foam and 40% juice. Upon arrival home I come to find out its about 50/50, and tastes about what I would assume a fancy Capri Sun would taste like. A bit of fruit juice and mostly water. I may be for a bowl but I'll find another place for juice!

Not the best location.. the oven was broken so they were unable to produce half their menu, also the TVs weren’t on to even see the menu.... not sure why my bowl was frozen w chunks through out half the bottom w barely any toppings. Cashier was new and clearly needed more training, I was charged incorrectly. Different locations have games , this one was empty and freezing. Will not be returning. Don’t waste your time here!! Pick a different location.
Grain & Berry is one of my favorite places to eat. Food is amazing! Only problem I have is everytime we order online & get it delivered to our work something us always wrong with the order items missing from the order, or food just made wrong. 3 times out of the 3 times its been wrong. Other than that, food is great.
I'm a huge proponent of Grain and Berry and love going to the one close to where I live in Wesley Chapel, and have never had a poor experience! However, with this location in particular, things seemed so disorganized and slow it took 25 minutes for my order of two bowls and two coffees to be finished, all the while, there only being 10 people maximum while there. Granted I cannot speak for what sort of online orders they may have had, but with 4 people behind the counter nearly 30 minutes is unacceptable when I am paying upwards of 30 for something that is considered "fast prep". What bothered me the most though (even as someone who has worked many positions in food service of varying levels) was the poor deligation of tasks, and what's what I believe made the experience so slow and unpleasant. Additionally, I'm not thrilled that I paid 4 for a coffee that was filled with so much ice, all of the liquid itself was gone withing 4-5 reasonably sized sips.
Wow! This place is amazing, plenty of choices and they don't skimp on toppings! It's clean, plenty of seating, cool atmosphere, and friendly staff. They even accommodated my wife's banana allergy.

I absolutely love the qeusaadillas, bowls and smoothies. It feels good knowing you are eating healthy and eating amazing food!
We waited for 15 mins after they said the order is ready. Employees were not even paying attention and literally no other customers were there. It took so long than even waiting at a big restaurant. Really disappointed with the service at this location. Please avoid this location
