I own a rental property in Panama City that sustained catastrophic damages from Hurricane Michael and was rendered uninhabitable by the city inspectors. My insurance company offered me a settlement amount which was so ridiculous it was laughable: \u003c20% of the actual repair costs to return my property to pre-hurricane condition.
