I take Tai Chi here and have been very impressed with the facility and the level of teaching. These people are well grounded in traditional practice and offer much individualized instruction. This is not your parks and rec Tai Chi!

The best place in Tampa Bay to learn traditional Chinese kung fu. Workouts are challenging, but fun. The other students are great too. There is a real sense of community you get when you become a member here.
