From the standpoint of the other side of this experience I can tell you I was met with an EXTREMELY hostile woman wanting to collect on an account that has been neglected on my end, admittedly. Just like most people in this country, catching up from everything owed while I received half of my regular pay for months was and is overwhelming. All lenders want their money right away, which I understand, but there's only so much you can give each company. As a single parent of three children, this is even more of a trick. Once I mentioned I was still catching up from Covid 19, she interrupted me and said \Covid was last year\ and stated \I needed to move forward and quit looking back.\ Her skills in understanding people and the lack of ability to engage me, instead of belittle me, was unreal. Once I mentioned she might be moving on with Covid, but the rest of us were still trying to catch up, she again interrupted me, told me she was terminating the conversation and hung up on. Not This company needs to take their employees back to basics with their insensitive and intolerable agents.
