Nika Corporate Housing has been FABULOUS to work with. Teresa was very accommodating with my schedule and found me a beautiful apartment right on the water with plenty of space to roam around on my days off. And-most appreciated was the very comfortable mattress! Angel was also very helpful with my questions and any minor issues were corrected quickly. I am an ER travel nurse arriving in Tampa in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. With all the changes in travel and business at the time I was expecting a difficult time with my lodging arrangements but Teresa, Angel and Nika Corporate Housing made it incredibly easy to move into this great location. They will definitely be my first choice for housing on my next assignment. Thank you so much!

Such friendly and welcoming staff. We received such fantastic hospitality. They met our needs completely. The condo was absolutely stunning. The pool was just wonderful! We really enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave! Thank you so much to Nika Corporate Housing staff for a great job!!
Due to a mold issue in my home my doctor ordered me to vacate my home in the midst of the pandemic. I had no idea where to go or for how long. I found Nika online when looking for a short-term stay. I initially thought of an extended stay type of hotel but it was necessary to have a full kitchen to be able to cook while in isolation. Teresa was the person I reached at Nika and was extraordinarily understanding and helpful. I never had to leave my home in search of a rental but was given options by email with accompanying photos and descriptions. I was able to go straight to my home away from home. I must commend Teresa, in particular, and Nika for being so accommodating.
I used Nika Corporate Housing to house myself & 6 of my crew during an extended shipyard period for our ship in Tampa. Throughout the entire time we were there, which eventually ran to 5 months, they were nothing short of outstanding in all of our dealings with them. They found us beautiful luxury apartments at government per diem rates close by the shipyard in nice, upscale areas close to lots of restaurants, stores, & shops. They were 100% responsive any time we had some minor maintenance issue pop up. They were extremely flexible with our ever-changing schedule & were able to keep us housed throughout the entire period. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking somewhere better than a hotel room to stay, and by the way, they will also line up hotels for you if you'd like! All in all, a truly pleasurable experience from start to finish. I definitely expect to be using them again at some point in the future.
All the staff at Nika were professional, quick, kind and competent. The got me an apartment in a beautifully landscaped community with pool and exercise facilities. The apartment came with comfortable furniture and complete kitchen accessories. Nika staff coordinated all maintenance matters very quickly.
