Establishment is more transitional housing than a motel. Many long-term guests. Friendly and accommodating staff, including security personnel who constantly give treats to pets. On site maintenance responds quickly to any concerns. The motel has strict rules concerning visitors, access, and conduct, however, they appear to be necessary in order to assure a safe environment for guests. Reasonable rates and in better condition when compared to similar motels.

May not be the best place to stay. But, when u need a place to live and call your own. This place is 270 for initial. 220 a week. I recommend paying up two weeks in advance to keep current. Only is issue is that u can't have company like u want. 8am to 11pm. Only allowed 2hr visits. All company MUST have some for of ID. Overnight stayers must pay 15 or 20 for them.

I hate this place. I paid for a week stay and was asked to leave the next day...The manager went into my room without notification, and apparently had me confused with someone else. The staff there can be extremely rude. I will not recommend anyone here. Also place have a curfew and visitor limitations. I felt as if I was institutionalize. I wish there was a way to get my money back. I tried leaving a comment on the BBB website however didn't find them listed as accredited by BBB. Do not waste your time nor money with them. I wish the hotel would be shut down.

would give negative stars if i could. My brothers phone was stolen from him . My sister and i could see that it ended up at this place so we called and asked if anyone had turned in a phone. The lady I spoke with the first time told me no and I asked if i gave my number if she could call me if someone ended turning it in. She told me no and hung up. We decided to. call police because the phone was brand new and expensive. I called back and asked for the name of the lady i spoke to and as soon as i mentioned we were calling the police the lady slammed the phone down hanging up on me. I tried calling back several times and no one answered. Since I live far away I asked my sister who lives close if she could please drive by and find anything out. She did and was able to talk with a few people who were out front . They told her that the ladies that work the front desk are drug dealers who don’t do much to hide the fact. No wonder they were scared at the mention of police. I advise to not stay here if you don’t want to be around drugs and filth. That’s what my sister said this place was. Filthy .
