Customer service is the worst. these guys really need some training. It's so bad that even the managers are snobby and rude. It's such an inconvenience to even answer the phone. Not to mention that they billed me when I wasn't even supposed to be billed then they were charging my SunPass when I was paying as I was going through because my transponder wasn't working so I got charged twice. Then I asked for a replacement transponder because mine wasn't working anymore and they want to charge me for their faulty equipment. I wish I could afford to go around but right now it's cheaper to go through the SunPass and deal with this blasphemy of a company. I avoid sun pass all the time now

If you can stay away from this company STAY AWAY, I got charged to my account via the transponder mounted on my windshield they took the money out, then I got charged by plate. I paid it by plate and my account still got sent to collections I disputed it to no avail. Needless to say I had to pay around 60 dollars for 3.55 in tolls which I paid twice and I have the transponder transaction as proof, which they would not accept. Use E-pass Instead.
The worst ever. I haven't had a transponder in years. As of summer, I've been using the tolls and never received a bill. I get an email saying my account is in the negative. I called and was told instead of receiving a bill, the fees was placed on a sunpass account that i hadnt used in years. The agent further tells me that i check the sunpass account (one that i hadnt used in years), like i do my bank account. So, in other words I'm responsible for fees that were never billed tangibly. I will undoubtedly try to always avoid tolls because this is VERY POOR customer service and blasphemy!

Doesn’t work for half a year, then I find out when i Renew my tag that i owe 235.
