I understand majority of companies are backed up. Tried calling few around and mentioned not able to see the issue I had until three days after dropping the truck. Joel took the time to assess the truck and realized that there was no major issue and able to fix the same day. What a customer service, what a great experience. We are now able to get back on the road because someone was able to understand the dynamic and able to execute. He did mention that if it was a critical case then I would have to wait some time but again, we are able to get back because someone understood the scenario and able to execute and their capacity. Really happy with this people and overall service.

This company offers great service. We sent a refuse truck to be refurbished and they did an excellent job. It was a big job and they kept us posted along the process and billed us what was originally quoted. They have a paint shop on the premises and the paint job on the truck was perfect.
