We purchased a new water tank from these people, but they delivered a filthy used tank. The delivery man called twice before he arrived, but he wouldn't answer his phone 5 minutes after he left. Betty in customer service promised to call us back for a week. They said she had a death in the family. She scheduled their shipping company to pick up the tank twice between 8 am and 3 pm. The didn't show up either time. These people are pathetic. I ordered from Pro Tank out of Houston and got what I needed in just a few days.
