Hello! I left three stars because I came there in your working hours, in the morning, didn't find anybody. I had to go home because my phone wasn't working. I then called the Tardiff phone number, made an appointment and the person I talked to told me that he will be there at 2pm. I then came back at Tardiff at 2pm to find out he wasn't there. Luckily, a generous lady helped me with her phone and I was able to contact you again. The person came in the office 30 minutes later. My problem was that there is nowhere written that you work on appointments only. Fortunately, he repaired my phone perfectly and on a good price. That is why I am leaving 3 stars
Great experience. We had a vintage turntable that stopped lifting the arm off the records. Tardiff gave us a quick and professional turnaround. Everything was as expected. Communication was great the whole time and the price was as expected. Thanks for a great job!
