I went for a trial class. First, I really loved it. A great fast full body workout. The only drawback is that you cannot visit other studios across the globe. I travel for work so there is no way I could commit to one studio. There are also no showers which would prevent me from attending a workout before work. Otherwise the workout was really great and great coaches .

This place is the real deal. The workouts are fun, quick and varied. It's a good workout without being overwhelmed. Since there are no class times, it's also very convenient. Those elements make it easier to commit to vs. other gyms I've been a part of. It's also easy to track your progress online / during the workout with the heart rate monitor. The coaches are very friendly and give you instructions every step of the way. It's good mix of doing a workout on your own, but still participating with other people and getting personalized instruction. Also, this location has FREE PARKING!
