Terrible all around. Waited for 1/2 hour at 3:00pm on a Sunday for small order 1 biang biang noodles and 1 pork bun. The guy putting together the orders could not have moved slower. I tried the food right away in my car; it was clear the food was not even fresh anymore. I waited because the order packer guy was slow. The pork clearly had at one time been toasted and might have been good fresh. The noodles however probably were never good. They were too thick; and the hot oil had no flavor. Try the other places in this food court.
The lamb skewers are tiny, just as big as chopsticks!
Price is too high for such little food in a food court setting and plastic bowls. Flavor is good but service is awful. They have my hometown flavor but I regret of going there every single time. Last time, I ordered sweet garlic side dish and they did not bring it out. I then asked for it and they wanted to charge me again. Remind me of the ancient days when food was scarce ... Very bad experience.
They cut the portion size by about half since the pandemic, I believe. The lamb skewers are about half the size of pre-pandemic. Meat in noodle soup is also about half the amount comparing to pre-pandemic. It’s a food court restaurant. The pandemic shouldn’t have affected them as much as it affected other restaurants. However they still managed to cut their portions in half. Crazy.
The hand pulled noodles are too thick and hot oil has zero flavor. It's literally like eating thick dough with flavorless oil. The quality isn't good either.
They took a break without giving me any heads up, let me waited for 20 fking minutes for a noodle that wasn't even good. The price is insanely high for any chinese restaurant, each sauce added were 1.5 on top of a 8.99 base dry noodle. By the time I have finished opting my noodle like buying a Ferrari, the price came in at a whopping 13.69 and the sauce was only half of what other restaurants have. Oh did I mention, it's in a food court! Not even nice seats or service at all. Terrible place for food consuming, greatest mistake I've made in Bellevue!
This restaurant rips off its customers like there is no tomorrow. A bowl of noodle that costs more than 15 dollars and yet I failed to find a single slice of meat in its broth - just broth with some noodles. They even have the audacity to charge extra 1 for a little bit of chilli sauce. This restaurant is a rip off and please avoid it like a plague.
