If I could give it 0 stars I would! I called since 9am trying to reserve a taxi for 4pm and they are going to tell me they couldn’t get a taxi in my area after 7 long hours of calling and reserving a taxi! This taxi company is a damn joke! I’m never calling them ever again!
They are sooooooooooooooo bad if u want to be early or on time dont call these guys they are the worst service everrrr!!!!save your time and save your money...better yet call ur self a uber
We had an african american driver, he was very aggressive, cursing at other drivers, driving violently, he harassed me to leave a larger tip, and said that he saw me before and knows where i live after he dropped me off, and that he has picked me off before. He is a dangerous person, should not be driving a taxi with people in it. I will be filing a police report.
