Have shopped and purchased there several times over the years for and with my mom for walkers. Good quality products. Purchased one walker several years ago that needed the brakes repaired recently and they fixed them for us and ended up not charging us for it. What a blessing and surprise! Very friendly and helpful staff. They have our business, and we have referred others there also. Highly recommended.

When you go to the website, it encourages you to call to inquire about product availability. I called, was asked to hold, and waited 4 1/2 minutes on hold before I hung up. My question would have taken 10 seconds to answer. How long do they expect someone to wait on hold?
