My mom requested an estimate for her home. The representative came out and promised to send her an estimate within a week. Three weeks later, she never received the estimate or a call. When I called Kay Supply to find out the status, the clerk said that they were too busy with a \big job.\ Too busy to even contact my mom. Unacceptable. I would never recommend Kay Supply!
