This is my experience with Taylor Kia: I bought a 2016 KIA Optima in 2017 from Taylor. The ownership of this car has been nothing short of nightmarish. Items replaced on my 16’ KIA Optima, which is still covered under all factory warranties: Lower Control Arm, Radiator, Battery, CV Axle, Shark Fin Radio Antennae. KIA denied all of these claims. My one piece of advice if you are buying a car in Findlay, OH is to stay away from the Taylor automotive Look at the pictures below - this is after numerous alignments, and hundreds of dollars in attempted repairs. KIA is still not able get my wheel to sit properly.
