Taylor Made Customs added ceramic coating to my 2015 Audi A6. The job was amazing. The car looks like new again. The team was very professional and Jimmy was exceptional to work with. Will be bringing our other vehicle as well. High recommend.

I first found Taylor Made on IG and immediately followed them because the work was impeccable. I originally booked with them to have my rims, paint correction, and tint done, but they did such an amazing job that I went BACK for a full chrome delete and brake caliper refinishing. When I say the staff is KNOWLEDGEABLE and extremely fast working!!! They made me feel comfortable from the time I gave them the keys and onward. Even down to picking colors for my calipers: they wouldn’t let me drop off the car without ensuring that I was satisfied. Best customer service. Excellent line of communication. Just 5 stars all around. Impressed is an understatement. If you had any doubts, this is your sign! Let Taylor Made get you right!

The only reason why I gave 4 ️‘s is bc I still had stains on my leather seat the one tht I really was focusing on anyways. So I 1st noticed this place via IG and looking at their work on IG made me set my 1st appt. Now just bc you see pics/vids online you’ll have to come in person. I was late even though they still took me bc usually some businesses won’t do that. Now what I do like is that you do not have to give them an deposit before your appt day which is kudos with me. I just wasn’t fully satisfied to the extinct bc when I’ve seen work on their stories etc they actually showed getting stains out of leather seats. I paid 140 for them to do that at least that’s what I was expecting. The owner wasn’t whom I was expecting to be no offense but I thought the business was black owned which it isn’t but that’s no problem. Either way I feel like my vehicle wasn’t up to par which I drive a nice suv but I normally go to Atlanta Jax Wax for my complete detailing work but I’ve switched up and I regret bc the stains I had in one of my leather seats was from water when I had my seats down and left them down and it created a mildew spot tht am trying to get rid of which I thought when I pay 140 that’ll do the work. Either way to each their own I just won’t be back. My vehicle does smell good overall and the bad mildew smell is out but when am paying for top quality work when I see you put up a lot of good looking work on IG I was expecting the same.

I went to Taylor Made Detailing for upholstery repair of my leather car seats after seeing a lot of their work on IG. They were very professional and fair in their quotes. The work was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. I also ended up adding a detail service which had my car looking brand new inside and outside. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

My Toyota is 20 years old. 415k miles. Taylor Made on Jones Bridge in John's Creek did it (her) justice. Quality takes time. I made an appointment and the wait was worth it. The Mexican food nearby is authentic. The CVS is very friendly. My experience was wonderful. My Toyota is looking good. I'll go back again and again. It's not easy to make a 20 year old car look good. Taylor Made 'it happen'
