Great staff now in place. Alyssa C, Scott, Dustin, Murl, Miguel, Ashley, Ken, Dave, entire staff are knowledgeable and focused on customer satisfaction. Changes the new GM has put in place really show. They listen and try to make the best fit possible. No pressure. Honest answers. Recommend seeing Alyssa C. or Scott for sales. All were extremely friendly and welcoming. Bikes are also very cool.

I loved this Detroit location. Some of the city specific shirts at this location have the Detroit skyline on the back. Staff I met was very helpful and friendly. My coworkers and I even were convinced to came back for the Thursday ladies night event. We received coupons, a mug, and coaster, all bundled together in a drawstring bag; oh and did I mention we got beer too?

I am very disappointed simply because I could not get a price for a used bike they have for sale. They wanted my driver's license, employment info., What type of new bike I would be interested in buying, etc. and I still didn't find out how much the bike was! I am ready to buy but will not purchase a motorcycle from them, they seemed to only want to know what they could get out of me!

I bought a 2020 Road Glide from them. I worked with the salesman named Eddie. He was awesome. He did not deal with any of the numbers. The sales manager Tim did. Be careful of him. He tried charging me 3000 over MSRP due to “COVID prices”. Yup, still to this date the only dealer in the area taking advantage of that. Then I was promised a 1000 gift card. Then when I talked them out of the Covid pricing they said they had to take the gift card away. So the items and protective gear I had all picked out had to go back. I still wish I would have went anywhere else but here
