Unity is a very calming, thoughtful place to be to make my spiritual journey happen. They truly accept you as you are and though Christian based they are actually, to me, humanity based. A strong belief in increasing the good that exists in the world. The music is incredible and at times I have almost been moved to tears. The people I have met that participate are very genuine and caring. One of their goals is...Unity is a safe haven of peace. For me I achieve that state every time I go! Good luck in your search. Unity is an amazing place for me. The music is on a professional level and the OVERALL ensemble is tops. For me, the messages from both James and Leah King, are ones that are compatible with my beliefs. Finding PEACE and harmony from within yourself, caring for yourself, and extending it to others is what I get!!!
I can't say enough great things about James. I'm very picky about my mentors/leaders and he is a true spiritual guide full of love and non-judgment. He is such a grounded and strong man full of wisdom. Those who listen to his counsel will be blessed. Many blessings and much gratitude to you James!
Unity of Greenville is a haven of peace and spirituality where people support each other in their practice of practical Christianity. The vibe of the place feels wonderful, both inside the building and outdoors by the lake. There are events throughout the week, as well as two services on Sundays at 10 am and 11:30 am. The music is generally uplifting ... sometimes secular music is used to emphasize a spiritual point. Overall, excellent.

I am new to South Carolina, and have been searching for a church to call home. I finally found it. This is the most open, accepting, loving group of people. They really do care about you, their community, and doing their part to help offer the highest good for ALL. I encourage you to come check it out and experience for yourself a loving embrace of truth, kindness and community.
